Ana, the Clinic Manager was extremely thorough and nice. She answered all my questions & even got the Dr for me when she was unsure about one of my questions. Jackie did my sons braces and she made my son feel very comfortable, me as well. She talked to us about ‘what to expect’ the next couple days or so. She kept checking on my son every step of the way. The Dr was very friendly as well and didn’t seem to get bothered with answering my questions 🙂
