The guy throughly explained the process and the importance of the braces and how to clean them and what foods to avoid, as well as explained the payment process and how long the treatment would be and they even gave us a water bottle full of stuff to help with cleaning the braces and how important flossing is with braces. The staff was super friendly and answered all questions. We would recommend this clinic to everyone.
