To be honest I was quite nervous about my visit, but the team at Bucktown reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Shibeika was thorough as we went over my care plan. Diana was the best! She went over my coverage and costs and made me feel right at home. My lead assistant Erika was friendly and made sure to let me know what she was doing step by step throughout the entire process. I wasn’t expecting immediate treatment, but I was in and out in a jiffy!
