The staff is very friendly in special Michelle whom I had a pleasure to meet within a couple of my appointments throughout my braces process . The staff always makes sure that you walk out of the clinic feeling comfortable with the tightening process and nothing is poking you as well as they explain the process of your teeth and what exactly they work on.
