They were very thorough at our first appointment! They told us what is normally done but came up with a different route due to it involving surgery and being very invasive and painful. The alternative wasn’t fun but it’s been 3 months and we’re already seeing big changes! They’re always really nice when we go and are never pushy or rush us. Super pleased, honestly.
